- Granola Girls granola
- Kefir
- Homemade smoothie
Preparation
In a bowl, put roughly 50g granola, some kefir and some homemade smoothie. We don’t put measurements here, as everyone is different in the proportions that they prefer. In our homemade smoothie, we add as many green ‘things’ as possible – cucumber, micro greens, herbs, spinach…and always a banana, to cut any tastes you may want to hide. The smoothie and kefir work really well together, since the kefir is sour and the smoothie is sweet.
