Ingredients
- 220g Granola Girls oats
- 100g granola (the autumn flavour is probably best)
- 225g butter
- 55g golden syrup
- 55g honey
- 110g Demerara sugar
Preparation
Melt together the butter, sugar, honey and syrup, make sure it’s well blended. Blitz the granola in a food processor briefly then add to the melted mix along with the rolled oats. Press into a greased and lined 20cm square baking tray (or use a silicone one for ease of removal). Bake at 175 C for 15 to 20 mins until it is just starting to go golden on top.
